The house has 2 floors, living room, own garden with barbecue and shared garden, 3 bathrooms, big kitchen... These rooms have both a big wardrobe, desk and bed. Also they have more facilities that you could need (desk lamp, chairs...).
The kitchen is fully prepared and we have our own washing machine.
It is near by the University campus of Reina Mercedes (Pharmacie, Phylosophie, Language courses, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, Physics, IT engineers, Arquitechture) only 15 minutes walking and 5 by bike.
We have a public service of bikes in front of the house and there is a bus line n.34 1 minute walking from the door.
